1. About Kinbu Power Limited

Kinbu Power Limited is an authorised distributor of Itel Energy products in Nigeria, based in Agbara, Lagos. We supply solar panels, inverters, batteries, and portable power stations to homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, and communities across Nigeria.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are accurate and up to date. However:

Prices displayed on the Site are end-user prices and are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations and market conditions.
Where a price is not displayed, it means the price is available on request — please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email for current pricing.
Dealer and installer pricing is available subject to minimum order quantities communicated separately.
All products sold by Kinbu Power are 100% genuine Itel Energy products, sourced directly from authorised national distributors.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are typically placed via WhatsApp, phone call, or in person at our Agbara, Lagos location. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Kinbu Power. We accept payment methods communicated to you at the point of order. Kinbu Power reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated to you at the point of order and may vary depending on your location within Nigeria. Kinbu Power will take reasonable care to ensure products are delivered safely and promptly, but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

5. Warranty

Products purchased from Kinbu Power carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page or communicated at the point of sale (typically up to 5 years on selected units). Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs, improper installation, power surges beyond rated specifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone with photographic evidence so we can promptly investigate and resolve the matter — whether through repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where a return is agreed.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
