Solar panels are what turn your inverter and battery system from backup power into genuinely lower bills. They charge the battery through the day, so you draw far less from the grid and stop paying for fuel altogether.
The panels here run from 410W monocrystalline modules through to the 620W N-Type bifacial ISP-620W. The wattage on the label is the peak output in full test conditions — real output varies with sun angle, dust, heat and shading, which is why array sizing allows for considerably less than the nameplate figure.

The panel is only part of the cost — rails, clamps, cabling and labour all scale with the number of panels. A 6.2kW array is 10 × 620W panels or 15 × 410W panels. Fewer, bigger panels means less roof space, fewer mounting points and a lower total bill for the same output.
Work back from your daily energy use. In the Lagos area, a panel produces roughly 3.5–4.5 times its rating in watt-hours over a good day. So a 620W panel yields somewhere around 2.2–2.8kWh daily. Divide your daily consumption by that figure to get a starting panel count, then check it against your inverter's maximum PV input.
A bifacial panel generates from both faces, picking up light reflected off the surface beneath it. The gain is real but depends entirely on mounting — elevated racking over a light surface benefits; a panel flat on a dark roof gains very little. Do not budget on the maximum quoted gain.
Every inverter has a maximum solar input and a maximum string voltage. Exceeding either damages equipment. Confirm your inverter model with us before finalising an array so the panel count and string layout are within its limits.

Collect from our store at KM 32 Badagry Expressway, Agbara Bus Stop, Lagos State, or we arrange delivery — locally along the Badagry Expressway corridor and Ogun West, and nationwide by courier. Delivery cost depends on weight and destination and is always confirmed before you pay.
Installers, dealers and contractors buying in quantity should see our trade and installer page for bulk terms.
It depends on your daily energy use, not your house size. Most homes start with 6–12 panels and expand. Our panel sizing calculator estimates the count from your appliance list, and we are happy to sanity-check the result on WhatsApp.

No. An inverter and battery alone give you silent backup charged from the grid. Panels are what cut your running costs, and can be added to a hybrid system at any time.
Beyond output, the 620W ISP-620W is an N-Type bifacial module with higher efficiency, so it produces more per square metre and needs fewer mounting points per kW. The 410W is a well-proven monocrystalline module that suits smaller arrays and tighter budgets.
