Kinbu Power Limited is an authorised Itel Energy distributor supplying solar panels, inverters, batteries, and portable power stations to homes, businesses, schools, and hospitals across Nigeria. We're looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, build an engaged community, and turn followers into customers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• •Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Google Business Profile.
• •Develop and execute social media campaigns that build brand awareness and drive product enquiries and sales.
• •Manage day-to-day community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• •Coordinate with the team to capture authentic photo and video content of products, customers, and installations.
• •Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads generated) and report on what's working and what isn't.
• •Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas that fit the Kinbu Power brand and Nigerian audience.
• •Work closely with the sales and customer service team to align messaging with real customer needs and feedback.

Required Skills

• •Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business (portfolio or examples required).
• •Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and on-brand captions and messages.
• •Comfort with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar) for graphics, reels, and short-form video.
• •Good understanding of how each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X) works and what performs well on each.
• •Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

Preferred Skills

• •Experience marketing in the energy, solar, electronics, or technology space.
• •Basic photography or videography skills for capturing product and customer content on the go.
• •Familiarity with running paid social ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
• •Experience using WhatsApp Business for customer engagement and lead follow-up.
• •Basic graphic design or video editing skills beyond templates.
